Angie is a Mortgage Loan Originator and the leader of the Angie Sherer Team. With over 20 years in the mortgage industry Angie and her team have a complete understanding of what it takes to get you pre-approved for your future home, vacation home or investment property. The Angie Sherer Team will help you structure a mortgage plan that makes you feel comfortable and confident going into one of the biggest purchases of your life!

Angie has built her reputation on providing outstanding service to clients. Tirelessly dedicated to her clients, Angie takes her commitment to extensive knowledge of loan guidelines very seriously. She is known for her tenacity in meeting strict deadlines, performing detailed follow-up, and using her expertise to explore all avenues to ensure that her clients receive the best possible outcome with regard to the loan process.

Her unique brand of diligent and compassionate service has earned her the distinction of being named as a Minnesota Housing (MHFA) Platinum Level Top Producing Loan Officer. Angie has also been featured as a Top 1% Mortgage Originator by Scotsman Guides for the past 8 years running, along with finishing in the top 5 producers in volume and units within the company.

Angie is committed to being involved with her community. Whenever possible she and her team volunteer their time and organize events to get clients, friends, family and referral partners involved. She is currently a member of the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, the Real Estate Alliance, and the National Association of LGBTQ real estate professionals.

Angie enjoys family time with her daughter Lucy and wife Jessica, traveling, trying new restaurants, and is always up for a Twins game! Most weekends you’ll find her spending time with her family, friends, and walking her pup, Jersey.

Outside of working Mariah enjoys spending a rare night on the couch watching Netflix with husband and fur babies. She is always excited to travel and try new restaurants.

Billy Anstett is a Mortgage Loan Originator and certified credit counselor with the Angie Sherer Team. Billy takes time working with clients that need some additional help getting their finances organized so they are in the best position possible to make an educated purchase. It truly energizes Billy when he gets clients that think they are unable to purchase or “will never be a homeowner” to closing day. 

When Billy isn’t working, he loves to spend time golfing and watching the Vikings with his family and friends in NE Minneapolis. 

Janae Lyon is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Luminate Bank and loves making the mortgage process easy for her clients. Most days, Janae works closely with her clients to originate residential loans for purchasing and refinance—but her job is so much more to her than that. In fact, her favorite words to hear her clients say are, “Wow, she made that easy!”

Jill is your post-closing concierge and is here to support you after your loan closes. She’ll check in along the way and be available to answer any questions about your first payment, escrow account, loan servicing, tax documents, mortgage insurance, and more. Jill can also connect you with trusted partners and share helpful resources to protect your home and build long-term financial confidence.
